What's On This Week

Each Wednesday at 7:30pm we meet for a short time of prayer and Bible Study.  All welcome.

News & Notices

We warmly welcome you to our services of worship today, here at Pairc Free Church. If you have not worshipped with us before, our custom is to stand for singing and sit for prayer. We use the NKJV Bible and praise God through the singing of unaccompanied Psalms.  Bibles and Psalm books are available at the door and all readings and praise items are displayed on the screen above the lectern.

Sunday Club meets during the midday service.  Children come to the front of the church for the first singing and Children’s Talk, before making their way to Sunday Club.  Both Sunday Club and the Church service are usually finished by 1.10pm.

Tea and Coffee is served after the service.  Please do stay behind for a short time if you are able.

INDUCTION

Lord willing, Rev Iain will be inducted to Greyfriars Free Church, Balloan Road, Inverness on Friday 28th June at 7pm.  All are warmly welcome to attend.

HOSPITALITY FOR VISITING PREACHERS

As a consequence of being a vacant congregation, we will be welcoming different preachers each Lord’s Day. Due to the geography of our congregation, it is essential that we have a group of people who are willing to periodically provide lunch on a Sunday. This needn’t be anything elaborate, just the provision of a simple lunch so that our preachers do not have to return home in between services—although some may choose to do so. If you are willing to help, please add your name to the list at the back of the hall.

OPEN HOUSE BIBLE STUDY, CROMORE

The next Open House Bible Study will be on Thursday 13th June at 7:30pm, at Murdo and Anne Macarthur’s home in Cromore. All welcome.

PAIRC WOMEN’S DAY OUT

Our annual Pairc Free Church Women’s Outing took place yesterday Saturday, 18TH May.  The sun shone for the trip to Bosta beach in Great Bernera. The visit to the Iron Age House was amazing. This was followed by a picnic at the stunning beach, and a time of fellowship.  Thanks to Doro for organising the trip again this year.
